I have a degree in Psychology/Sociology. Certificate as a behavioral technician in Autism. I have taught and been involved in early childhood education for 30 years. I am happily married for 32 years, and we enjoy hiking, and pretty much anything outdoors and active.

I am a native New Mexican with 14 years experience teaching various grade levels in bilingual, dual language programs, and English language programs. I am excited to be part of the Turquoise Trail community. I am married to a native Santa Fean and Air Force veteran. We have four daughters and one grandson. I grew up as an Air Force dependent and this is how I met my husband. I have lived and traveled throughout the United States, Japan, Mexico and Spain. Some of my favorite activities include gardening, baking, arts and crafts, traveling and especially spending time with my family.
I enjoy being part of the growth and development of children, especially the enthusiasm they bring each day.
